Founder and Company Director
Laura combines business and consumer insight with creative inspiration to help brands communicate more effectively. With over 14 years industry experience Laura was a former Client Director and Strategic Planner at leading UK agency Big Communications, leading accounts such as Lil-lets, Grant Thornton, NHS, Alliance & Leicester, Princes Foods, Transform Cosmetic Surgery and many more.
With over 20 years experience, Koo covers everything creative – from concept development to stunning design. He’s worked with a vast array of Arts venues across the UK, including Roundhouse, Sheffield Theatre, The Old Vic and Belgrade Theatre. He also has a wealth of big brand experience, having worked on projects for McLaren Mercedes, Adobe, Kenwood, Bazaarvoice, Red Tractor and Panache (and many, many more!) He has a passion for packaging and typography.
Senior Marketing Manager
Sunita has nearly 10 years’ experience, centred primarily around Corporate Business and Brand Development. She’s passionate about relationship management and has worked collaboratively with a ton of F&D and Arts brands to develop successful creative and corporate partnerships and brand communications campaigns.
She also speaks 5 languages and loves hot pepper sauce. On pretty much everything.
Katie studied English Literature & Creative Writing at the University of Winchester and after graduating, went straight into a marketing agency as an Account Exec. She joined us back in 2016, after 18 months of running off to lands afar. Now that her feet have stopped itching, she liaises with clients, creatives and senior brand strategists to support the development of all aspects of our campaigns. She also writes an awful lot of lists.
Head of Film Production
Si is king of all things moving image; whether that’s TV, dramatic feature film, commercials, talking heads, animation or brand development films. He is usually found on set, acting as Creative Director, or in the edit suite. With over 20 years’ experience, his clients have included adidas, The Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, VW, Ford, Federal Express, EDF, American Express, Barclays, RBS, Toshiba, O2, Vodafone, Sky Pro Sports, The RFU and The ECB. A former journalist, Olly is a top PR specialist and particularly when it comes to healthcare. He previously worked as a communications manager for NHS Diabetes where he helped to shape the national health agenda in the long-term conditions arena. Going further than just reporting recent news, Olly helps clients get the most from consumer case studies and plans industry related events.
Neill brings a wealth of experience to the creative team, with more than 20 years experience working with some of the world’s leading brands including Sony, Kenwood, Samsung and Carlsberg. More recently, Neill has been heavily involved with a number of branding and product development projects within FMCG industry, and has also worked on campaigns to promote a number of Samsung Galaxy phones.
Head of Digital
With over 20 years experience, James works with clients to deliver technically focussed and creatively led digital campaigns that drive actions, not just impressions.
Senior Visual Merchandiser
Sally has worked in both Visual Merchandising and Styling for over 10 years. Working with large companies such as Marks and Spencer, Joules and Under Armour developing VM strategies, creating VM guidelines, producing styling principles and launching new retail stores. She also has an in depth knowledge of wholesale Visual Merchandising working with the likes of John Lewis and Harrods. Sally has experience of styling for shoots, fashion shows and retail store presentations. She has styled all genders, and has an thorough understanding of styling for specific customer profiles and demographics.
From sharp one liners to marketing stories that capture the trade, Roberta has had the opportunity of writing for a variety of different brands. She has particular strength within the marketing and education sector – having worked with a variety of universities and private companies both in the UK, and internationally.
